The WoW– 21 mile leisure ride, with stops at various locations to view the Wonders of Wakefield

Guided rides for all abilities
Rides are for all ages and abilities. They last approximately 2-4 hours, cycling a distance of 5 to 30 miles on traffic free routes and some quiet roads.

There are a limited number of bicycles available to borrow for the Health rides at Nostell, Pugneys, Anglers & Castleford Queens Mill.There is no charge but these bikes need to booked in advance.
