WDCF Bike Doctors will show you how to look after your bike, including, cleaning and lubricating, adjust your seat, saddle & handle bars, fix a puncture, repair a chain, brake & gear adjustment.

Open to all ages. If your feel like a challenge come along to one of the events where the cycle skillscourse is advertised and have a go. Bringyour own bike or borrow one of ours

Rides >>

Guided rides for all abilities
Rides are for all ages and abilities. They last approximately 2-4 hours, cycling a distance of 5 to 30 miles on traffic free routes and some quiet roads.

There are a limited number of bicycles available to borrow for the Health rides at Nostell, Pugneys, Anglers & Castleford Queens Mill.There is no charge but these bikes need to booked in advance.
